Product Description
The 3 M 5608 Double sided V HB Acrylic Foam Tape utilizes a general purpose adhesive. It is based on V HB foam as carrier coated with modified acrylic adhesive and combined with release film. It can replace the function of rivets, welds and screws during manufacturing. It is specifically designed for good adhesion to metal, glass and plastics such as polycarbonate and acrylic. It has a number of applications, including the mounting of electronics, the bonding of dissimilar materials, and the assembly of complex components. It is also known for its ability to provide a strong bond while also allowing for some movement, making it useful in situations where flexibility is important.
