Product Description:
Computer cables belong to the category of electrical equipment cables. This cable is suitable for electronic computers and automation instruments with a rated voltage of 500V and below, which have high anti-interference requirements. According to different environments and equipment usage requirements, cable insulation can be made of materials such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, cross-linked polyethylene, fluoroplastics, silicone rubber, etc.
There should be no open circuit between each twisted pair shield and between the twisted pair shield and the total shield
The cable core should withstand 50Hz and AC voltage of 2000V/1min or 1500V/5min without breakdown between the core and the shielding or other metal layers.
Polyethylene has high insulation resistance, good voltage resistance, low dielectric coefficient, and little influence of dielectric loss temperature and frequency variation. It not only meets the requirements of transmission performance, but also ensures the service life of the cable.
In order to reduce mutual crosstalk and external interference between circuits, cables need to adopt shielding structures. Shielding materials include tinned or non tinned copper wire, copper tape, copper plastic composite tape, aluminum plastic composite tape, etc. The metal tape is produced by wrapping, and the coverage rate should usually not be less than 15%. However, specific standards have special provisions, such as TICW/06, which stipulates that the coverage rate of shielding metal tape should not be less than 25%; The metal wire adopts weaving production method, and the weaving coverage rate should not be less than 80%. If there are high requirements for anti-interference, the coverage rate can not be less than 90%.
The shielding requirements for cables are adopted according to different occasions: sub shielding (only for twisted pairs, each pair has shielding), total shielding (the cable only has a layer of total shielding after the cable core is assembled), and sub shielding+total shielding (including both structures mentioned above). According to the higher requirements of users and usage scenarios, the overall shielding structure can adopt a composite shielding method, which includes two layers of shielding, composed of metal tape wrapping and metal wire weaving.
Note: If the cable has a sub shielding structure, the shielding pairs should have good insulation performance, and polyester tape or other non hygroscopic tape should be wrapped on the outer side of the sub shielding [2].

We are honored to offer you samples if we have it in stock, usually it is not free , but we will return it to your on first time mass order .but you need to pay the freight. If you have a courier account or forwarder in China, we can send it your courier to collect samples.
